Very nice cookbook describing most fresh vegetables, how to select them, basic methods of cooking (with pros and cons), and many interesting recipes. If you have way too many zucchini and your neighbors are avoiding you for fear of receiving more of your bounty, this book is for you! Covers common and less common vegetables.
