This movie deals with a taboo topic. I really liked it, and you will too if you like edgy movies. I'd suggest watching it a second time with the Director's commentary turned-on for an even deeper insight into the film.

Interesting story. I did not know that some cultures still only think that women are married only to have children.

This movie is exquisitely photographed, and explores African culture in Brooklyn. While light on plot, the performances and cinematography are worth watching.
