I have never read Harper's Skinny Rules, but this book included a summary of those rules. They sound realistic and easy to follow. The recipes are single-serving (except 1 or 2) which is great if you're cooking for yourself. I suppose you could double, triple, whatever to make these meals for a family. Easy-to-find and/or pantry-staple ingredients.

Following this recipe book was like watching "Biggest Looser".
You read things like "don't do it people" and "lean and green".
Simple to follow and creative. I especially like all the dishes with collie flower. You might just learn something from this book. I did.

Liked this approach to dieting. The author makes it easy with recipes, menu plans, weekly shopping lists and nutritional information. Recipes are quick and easy and don't have hard to find ingredients. I plan on buying my own copy.
