I cannot stop talking about this book. It's devastating, impactful, and amazing. One of the best Holocaust memoirs I have ever read, especially because I don't often come across the story of a rescuer.

I have read this book more than once. It is the story of a truly righteous woman who risked so much to save her Jewish friends, She was a pure and courageous soul. This is a must-read.

In My Hands is a truly inspiring book about Irene Gut Opdyke's adventures, trumas and miracles that she went through during the Holocaust.
