If you are looking for something spicy to heat up this coolish, wet summer, then award winning Canadian author Karen Connelly may have written the novel for you. The Change Room is a story of love, sex and relationships, both illicit and legitimate. This contemporary novel sizzles with the story of Eliza, a modern wife, mother and business woman who seems to have it all; except a satisfying sex life. Her husband Andrew is just not interested any more. Enter Shar, a beautiful, sensuous woman in her mid-thirties. Shar is happily single, ready to mingle, and attracted to Eliza. The two women exchange mutually admiring glances in the change room after a morning swim, and things start to sizzle between them.

Karen Connelly is a skilled writer, and her prose is both lyrical and poetic, making this book a wonderful read. Be warned however, that the subject matter is of a an explicit, sexual matter, so this may not be for you.
