These are quick, easy, healthy recipes and most do not have weird or hard to find ingredients. I am surprised however at the amount of peanut butter based recipes in this book. Fine for home lunches but I cannot send my child to school with these. Would prefer to have a section in the book for these recipes rather than have them throughout.
