Excellent resource for school project of homeschooler. Text at approximate Gr. 5 level but with assistance younger students will also glean a lot. Great maps and photographs. The critical comments in the description are a bit harsh . . . it's not a perfect book but it's a good starting place and fine when used with a variety of resources.
