*Note* - This "Elizabeth Taylor" biography was published back in 2000 (11 years before her death), which, in a sense, renders this particular life-story about her as being decidedly incomplete.

But, regardless of whether it was an unfinished bio, or not - I personally found it to be a pretty uninspired retelling of Taylor's life up to that point.

What also lost this particular life-story some serious points was that, approximately, a third of its retelling was given over to Taylor's utterly nauseating marriage to that insufferable, bellowing, windbag, Richard Burton.

By the time that I had finished reading this truly irksome section of the book, I was, pretty much, fed up by these 2 bozos and their (seemingly endless) routine of petty jealousies, infidelities and what-have-you. I really was.

All-in-all - This "Most Beautiful Woman In The World" biography (poorly written by Ellis Amburn) was a less-than-satisfying read from my perspective.
